The Sapphire Circle is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the membership services or any failure of performance. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to third-party providers or affiliated offers.

All content provided through The Sapphire Circle’s platform, including logos, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to The Sapphire Circle. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
